Hot Rolls by Beatrice Severe (AKA Mrs. Sagers amazing rolls of goodness)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg yeast ~14g?
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 cups flour
  •  
  • (in grams:)
  • 367g milk
  • 106g eggs
  • 14g yeast
  • 49g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 840g flour
  •  
  • subheading: ½ serving size:
  • 183.5g milk
  • 7g yeast
  • 53g eggs
  • 24.5g sugar
  • 2.5g salt
  • 420g flour
Steps
  1. scald milk
  2. cool and mix in beaten eggs
  3. sift 3 cups of flour with the sugar and salt and add to milk
  4. dissolve yeast in water and add to mixture; beat well
  5. Add remaining 3 cups of flour
  6. Mix or knead lightly until smooth
  7. Roll, spreading butter on dough as you fold it
  8. Form rolls and bake at 400 for 10 to 12 min
