Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs or 24 large egg whites
  • 6 Butterball cooked turkey breakfast sausage patties, chopped or 1 and ½ cups of Butterball breakfast sausage crumbles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cashew milk, or skim milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup shredded light cheddar cheese -I use Velveeta shreds or Trader Joe’s light 3 cheese blend
