Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oatmeal for Cozy Mornings!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup raw honey, or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 large egg, or 3 to 4 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsps unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, sliced evenly in ½ inch pieces
  • ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, or chunks, higher cacao percentage = the better
