Chicken and Vegetable Korma
Made with Morrisons jar sauce and air fried chicken, with mushrooms, broccoli and carrots. With Lemon and Coriander rice. Super nice. Mom liked.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 500g diced lean chicken
  • 2 tablespoons korma curry paste*
  • 1 carrot, peeled, sliced
  • 10 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup light evaporated milk
  • 1 cup reduced-fat coconut milk
  • 300g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
