  • Cooked some of my beef chuck steaks in a swiss steak recipe. I have posted the link to the recipe below. It was so easy and really yummy! Just cut into serving size pieces, dredge in flour (seasoned with salt and pepper. I used Johnny's Seasoning Salt), and brown in your pressure cooker in oil, return all steaks to pot when complete, mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can of cream of mushroom (I used cream of mushroom and roasted garlic) and 1 ½ cups of water using a whisk, pour over meat and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes with a natural release. The meat is very tender and tasty. I used my 4 quart cooker and there was plenty of room for 2 pounds of steak so I'm sure it would be ok in a 2 or 3 quart.
