Moglai Parata
Ingredients
  • For d wrapper
  •  
  • APF- 2cups
  • Oil- 1tbs
  • Salt- 1tsp
  • Warm water- for d dough
  • The dough should be soft n stretchy..so add warm water bit-by-bit while making d dough.
  •  
  • For d filling,
  • Cooked minced chicken/mutton/mashed potato(vegan)
  • Chopped onion- 1cup
  • Ginger paste- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cilantro-
  • 1cup
  • Chopped green chillies- depends
  • Fresh crushed pepper-¼cup
  • Egg- 4
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Steps
  1. Beat d eggs and add chopped onion, green chillies,ginger paste cilantro, pepper n salt.keep it aside.
  2. Now take a fist sized ball from dough n roll. Roll it v v thin. Donot bother abt d shape. U might need little oil to manage d rolling process. If u can pull from d sides  after rolling, it's better(this step's optional)Fold from any two sides.
  3. Put 1tbsp of minced meat and 2tbsp of spiced up beaten egg.
  4. Then fold the remaining  opposite sides( will look lyk an envelope)
  5. Carefully shallow fry each..mainly these shuld be deep fried but I prefer frying shallow.Doesnt make difference in taste.
  6. Now go grab d easily available ingredients n pamper ur tastebuds!
  7. Make the dough..Just as u make paratha..
  8. Roll it real big and thin stretch as much possible...sprinkle some cooked keema chopped onions /green chillies/cilantro.. Lastly pour an beaten egg over and fold it right away...deep fry on medium flame.. Till the eggs are cooked
  9. You have to make the dough right...so its stretchable.. Also rolling next to the burner, where u are going to fry it...if u want the measurement .. I don't have it.. But next time I make I can definitely write it down.
