Ingredients
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Steps
  1. Mix vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk (or in blender) until well blended. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly until emulsified (or add ½ c at a time to the blender.)
