  • 100g water
  • room temperature

  • 200g yeast mixture
  • use everything you mixed before, it should have risen and developed air bubbles
  • 290g water
  • room temperature
  • ¼ tsp dried yeast
  • quick, easy bake, fast action
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 450g white bread flour
  • or 00 pizza flour
  • 50g wholemeal flour
  • or substitute with more white bread flour
  • 11g fine sea salt
