Orange Julius Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Low fat cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt) [1]
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • Juice of 1 Orange (or 4 tbs orange juice)
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries [1]
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 pkts Stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ to 1 cup Ice cubes [2]
  • [1] If you are sensitive to dairy, you could use 2 frozen bananas and 1 scoop protein powder, or coconut yogurt.
  • [2] You may need more or less ice depending on how thick you want it, and how powerful your blender is.
