Cedar Plank Salmon with Deconstructed Guacamole
Ingredients

  • 24 to 32 oz. Filet of Salmon
  • Large Cedar Plank (optional if grilling)
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. adobo seasoning
