Slow Cooked Beef & Ravioli
Ingredients
  • 1kg oyster blade sliced and diced
  • 1 large brown onion sliced into chunks
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (I used store bought in a jar - The Food Company brand is my fave)
  • 250ml red cooking wine
  • 1 x 700gm bottle passata (I used Val Verde brand)
  • 3 beef stock cubes (I used Massel brand)
  • 600gm beef ravioli
  • 400gm sliced mushrooms
  • Baby spinach (as much as you like).
