Lemon Pepper Fettuccine
Ingredients
  • 12oz uncooked fettuccine
  • 6 tbs butter
  • 1½ cups half and half
  • 4oz shredded provel cheese (about 8 tbs packaged)
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken breast (see seasoned with lemon pepper recipe below)
  • 6oz grated Parmesan cheese (about ¾ cup)
  • Parsley for garnish
  •  
  • Lemon pepper seasoning (set some on the side)
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 1 tbs granulated garlic
Steps
  1. Cook fettuccine al dente
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a skillet over medium heat, bring butter and half and half to a boil.
  3. Stir in propel cheese until sauce thickens
  4. Add seasoning mixture, cooked chicken and cooked fettuccine.

  6. Cover chicken with seasoning and Sauté in pan with olive oil till done. Cut it in cubes.
