  • 3 cups finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach kale or swiss chard
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice ~juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onion sprouts, hot sauce, sesame seeds
