Brownies for 2

Servings: 2

2 tbsp softened butter

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 large egg

3 tbsp sweetener

2½ tbsp cocoa powder

2½ tbsp almond flour (or heavy tbsp of almond flour and heavy tbsp of lupin flour)

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of sea salt

Frosting:

¼ cup heavy cream

2 oz chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients together

Pour into a parchment paper lined 9x7 pan (1/8 sheet pan) or loaf pan (lined)

Bake for 8 minutes, add an extra couple minutes if using a smaller pan.

Allow to cool

Frosting:

Heat ingredients until melty, mix well and pour over the brownies

Allow to cool before serving
