  • 12 ounces
  • canned evaporated milk (1½ cups)
  • 1 tablespooncornstarch
  • 4 ouncescream cheese
  • (cut into cubes and softened)
  • 2 teaspoonsyellow mustard
  • 12 ouncessharp cheddar cheese
  • (shredded (about 3 cups))
