Cream Filled Candies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 x 8 oz , cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sweetener
  • 1½ tsp vanilla or other flavor extract
Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Whip the heaving whipping cream into firm peaks
  3. in a separate bowl whip the butter until it becomes very white.
  4. Add the cream cheese and beat well, until fully combined.
  5. Beat in the powdered sweetener then stir in the vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Use two spoons or cookie scoop to shape eggs and place onto the baking sheet.
  7. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  8. Dip and cover in chocolate coating of choice and freeze unlit solid
