Instead of cornstarch try zanthan gum
Ingredients
  • 6 chicken thighs, bone in skin on
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 quart low sodium chicken broth you won't need the whole quart
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill + ½ tbsp chopped dill divided
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt or more to taste
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or more to taste
