Instant Pot Meadow (mint) Tea

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon water
  • About 4 cups packed mint leaves
  • ½ to 1 cup sugar to your desired level of sweetness
Steps
  1. Rinse your mint well. Pull leaves off stems and add to the instant pot SS liner. Add water. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Let it natural release. For at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. Strain off leaves and add sugar. Pour into serving pitcher and place in the refrigerator. Serve over ice.
