15 g sourdough starter

50 g strong bread flour

50 g water

subheading: DOUGH INGREDIENTS:

28 g butter

240 g milk

1 cup shredded cheese

1 cup finely diced jalapeno's

44 g sugar

2 tsp granulated garlic

1 teaspoon ( 5 g) salt

100 g active sourdough starter

375 g bread flour

1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing the top of the rolls after baking)
