Baked Brie in Flakey Phyllo Dough
I LOVE this recipe. the baked brie is so creamy and delicious. instead of the raspberry preserves i use walnuts and brown sugar. it’s always a hit. also when i serve it, i cut it in half after letting it cool for a few minutes to make eating it with crackers easier.

  • 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • raspberry preserves
  • butter, melted
