Servings: 2 waffles

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sweetener 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
2 tbsp coconut flour 2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp lemon extract 1 tsp lemon extract
½ tsp lemon zest ½ tsp lemon zest
Glaze: subheading: Glaze:
4 tbsp powdered sweetener 4 tbsp powdered sweetener
2-3 tsp lemon Juice 2 to 3 tsp lemon Juice

Preheat the mini waffle maker.
Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth and creamy.
Place half the batter into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
Repeat
Whisk together the ingredients for the glaze in a mixing bowl, adding lemon juice until your desired consistency has been reached.
Pour the glaze over the waffles and serve.
