Lemon Cake Waffles

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • subheading: Glaze:
  • 4 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 2 to 3 tsp lemon Juice
Steps
  1. Preheat the mini waffle maker.
  2. Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place half the batter into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
  4. Repeat
  5. Whisk together the ingredients for the glaze in a mixing bowl, adding lemon juice until your desired consistency has been reached.
  6. Pour the glaze over the waffles and serve.
