Ingredients
  • I just made an awesome GF pizza last weekend. It was made with brown rice flour, white rice flour, sweet rice flour and tapioca starch. The recipe I used was: Gluten Free Pizza Crust * ¾ cup brown rice flour * ¾ cup white rice flour * ½ cup sweet rice * ½ cup tapioca starch * 1 teaspoon xanthan gum * 1 teaspoon salt * 3 tablespoons active dry yeast * 2 tablespoons sugar * 1½ cups lukewarm water * 2 teaspoons olive oil * 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • It takes about a half hour after you mix in all the ingredients for it to rise. If you want something a lot simpler I have used Bobs Red Mill Pizza Crust Mix and it turned out delicious.
