Ingredients
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 fingerling potatoes
  •  
  • Roast 20 to 30 minutes at 450 until tender
  •  
  • ¼ cup cashews (i soak mine in water, while Iam roasting carrot and potatoe)
  •  
  • ½ glove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon nutrional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, chili pepper, paprika and a pinch of seas salt
  •  
  • You can omit the chili powder for a creamier taste
  •  
  • Blend all together and enjoy!
