Ingredients

  • 3 large or 4 small ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup (60g) peanut or almond butter (or oil)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) plant milk
  • ¼ cup (65g) maple syrup (or another sweetener of your choice
  • Mash the bananas and combine with the other ingredients.
  • 2 cups (250g) oat flour or whole wheat flour (oat flour will make it more dense)
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • optional: a pinch of salt, cinnamon and chocolate chips
