Ingredients
  • 1 bag Kim Tu Thap BBL flour (12 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 TBS oil + sautéed shallot
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups boiling water
  •  
  • Filling: ½ lb pork + ½ lb shrimp + fish sauce & sugar to taste
Steps
  1. Mix all dry ingredients and oil and cold water in a pot.
  2. Add boiling water in increment to the pot.
  3. Put the pot on low heat & stir until evenly mixed. May need to take pot off the heat intermittently. This may take 30 minutes.
  4. Filling: saute shrimp & pork separately with fish sauce and 1 tsp sugar each.
