Ingredients
- 6 tbsp whey protein isolate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- seasonings to taste, keep them light
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sparkling water
Steps
- Heat the oil to about 350.
- Mix all ingredients very well, no lumps.
- Dip your veggies and shrimp in the batter, coat well and fry immediately until golden brown.
- Transfer to a cooling rack or paper towels to drain the excess oil.
