Honey-Glazed Pork Shoulder

  • 1 (6- to 7-pound) bone-in pork butt roast with fat cap
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
