1 red onion, cut into thick wedges and separated

½ head of green cabbage, cut into intact wedges

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp paprika

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup chopped parsley
