  • 1 Tbsp  balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp  crushed red pepper flakes  or to taste
  • 12 oz. rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
