- Juice of 2.5 Lemons

- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 500 g Frozen and Thawed Spinach
- subheading: For the Bechamel Sauce:
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 3 cups Almond Milk
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
