Adas Polo Ba Khorma (Persian Lentil Rice with Dates)
Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt, for serving (optional)

  • 2 yellow onions, finely diced
  • 12 fresh Medjool dates, pitted and diced
