Bomb!!! Tahini Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 stalks celery
  • ½ red onion
  • 8 to 10 radishes
  • 7 medium boiled eggs
  • Tahini dressing
  •

  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell pepper
  • Avocado
  • Lay on a bed of lettuce or make wraps with butter lettuce
  • Oven roasted eggplant and zucchini
  •  
  • subheading: Tahini dressing:
  • ½ c tahini
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 to 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ c water
Steps
  1. Blend dressing well, and add water slowly until have desired consistency
  2. Chop veggies and eggs
  3. Mix the dressing and the eggs
