Instant Pot Potato Salad
Our Instant Pot Potato Salad cooks the potatoes and eggs together in the pressure cooker at the same time. It all cooks in just 4 minutes and then gets tossed in a creamy dressing. This is a classic potato salad and it’s so easy thanks to the Instant Pot!
Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles see note
  • ½ cup chopped onion
