Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Boil potatoes in salty water until tender. Keep skins on.
  2. Drain and rough up edges.
  3. Sheet pan with lots of olive oil, old bay, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, flaky salt
  4. Roast at 450 for 20 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in there for 10 minutes.
