2 tsps baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 large eggs

¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup plain yogurt

⅓ cup of orange juice

2 tbps orange zest

1 cup sugar

Pinch of salt

2 tsp Vanilla paste or extract if you have orange extract, you can use that too.

¾ cup sugar ( if you want the curd to be less sweet, reduce to ½ cup)

½ cup orange juice

1 tbsp orange zest

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp of cornstarch

2 tbsp unsalted butter

pinch of salt

½ tsp orange extract optional

subheading: Whipped Cream:

1 &¼ cup heavy whipping cream

⅓ cup of powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla paste or orange extract
