Cornish Pasties
Ingredients

  • 110g dairy-free butter
  • 225g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp water
  • plant-based milk, for brushing

  • 400g potato
  • 200g swede
  • 1 tsp bouillon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 200g vegan meat (burgers or steaks are best)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tsp yeast extract (we used marmite)
  • 2 tsp vegan worcester sauce (we used Henderson’s Relish) or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
