Ingredients
  • 120 g rolled oats(1 ½ cup)
  • 250 ml hot milk(use your favorite) 1 cup
  • leave to soak 10 minutes
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs / or vegan substitute
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa/ carob powder(45 g)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 40 g nuts (⅓ cup)
  • bake for 40 minutes at 180°C /360°F

  • 75 g dark chocolate(2.65 oz)
  • 40 ml hot milk(use your favorite) 3 tbsp
