  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt divided
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala divided
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground kashmiri chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 1 pound spinach finely chopped or 12 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
