Vegan Tahini Goddess Dressing (Chopped Leaf Copycat)
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup (60ml) tahini
  • ¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp (2.5 ml) sesame oil (or omit)
  • ¼ tsp (1.25ml) salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
