  • ⅓ cup pickled onions
  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • subheading: for the tzatziki:
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
