  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups milk
