Chinese Turnip Cake

  • 2 Chinese turnips 750 g, peeled and shredded;
  • One and half Chinese sausages cut into small pieces, ¼ cup dry shrimps soaked, strained and chopped;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1.5 teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder;
  • Half package of rice flour (about 1.5 cups, 200g), 1 cup water (240g).
  • 2~3 tablespoons olive oil.
