  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 4 medium cloves)
  • 1 ½ cups chopped Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), chopped
  • Ground white pepper, for topping
