  • ½ pound boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
  • 3 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 4 ounces green beans, washed and trimmed
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 baby bok choy, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • red pepper flakes or sesame seeds (optional garnish)
