  • 1 cup ( 240 ml)  crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar (7 ½ ounces; 215g)
  • ¾ cup (5 ¼ ounces; 150 g) granulated sugar, plus ½ cup (3 ½ ounces; 100 g) for rolling
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups whole roasted peanuts (5 ounces; 140g)
