Jalapeno Cheddar Low Carb Cornbread
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. coconut flour
  • ½ tsp. pink Himalayan salt

  • ¼ tsp. granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 5 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 1 jalapeno diced and roasted or sauteed and cooled
