Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk, you can use whole milk instead
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups packed, 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • subheading: For the garlic butter topping:
  • ¼ cup butter, melted (half stick)
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced*
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
