Buffalo Cauliflower Quinoa Meatballs

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Optional: 1 to 2 tbsp flour (whole wheat, all purpose or oat)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
