  • 2 to 3 Andouille Sausages
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pound Shrimp
