Turkey soup
Ingredients
  • Left over turkey meat
  • 6 to 8 cups of Turkey broth
  • 2 to 3 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • Mushrooms sliced and diced
  • 1 onion sliced and diced
  • 1 tomato sliced and diced
  • ½ cup chopped red cabbage
  • ½ cup chopped green cabbage
Steps
  1. Sauté diced onion and sliced mushrooms in olive oil for 5 min in soup pot (add to onions while sautéing them to soften
  2. Chop all vegetables and dice turkey meat
  3. Add broth to pot and bring to boil
  4. Add all vegetables and meat and simmer for 25 min
